Formación

• Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required).
• Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
• 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.

• Handle incoming inquiries about claims information.
• Forward calls to Resolution Managers and claims staff as needed.
• Research and educate customers to defuse situations.
