Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in Medellín seeks a LATAM-trained, fully bilingual Counsel to support our Corporate Governance and Sustainability function. This role focuses on subsidiary governance and ESG reporting across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.

This hands-on position requires strong legal judgment, project management, and the ability to manage global processes and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate law, governance, compliance, or ESG matters.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish – strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Subsidiary governance: support management and continuous improvement of the global subsidiary governance framework.
• Sustainability reporting: support global ESG and sustainability reporting, tracking regulatory requirements.
