Job summary

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely administration of benefit plans, review documents, renewals, and reporting, while collaborating with internal consultants and clients. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or Finance, at least 2 years in client service or benefits administration, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, benefits administration, insurance, or related roles.
• Experience with benefit plans, renewals, or client administration processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with client management systems or CRM platforms; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare benefit plan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify discrepancies and obtain required information.
• Populate, update, and maintain renewal documents with up-to-date data.
• Prepare client-ready materials for meetings, renewals, and internal reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and update coverage information in management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals and policy updates.
• Support monthly client communications and documentation related to renewals and service activities.
• Generate monthly reports on business metrics and client activity.
