Caseware is seeking a Staff Software Developer on the Back End team. You will act as a senior contributor who blends hands-on coding strength with the ability to influence across teams, reduce ambiguity, and scale solutions beyond a single codebase.

You will shape architecture and standards and mentor engineers at all levels, across a global platform. You will own features end-to-end — from design through build — and contribute to architectural improvements that affect customers and distribution

Formación

• Senior individual contributor with hands-on coding strength and the ability to influence across teams.
• Ability to scale solutions beyond a single codebase and drive architectural direction.
• Experience shaping architecture and standards, and mentoring engineers at all levels.
