Avenga is seeking an experienced AI engineer to design and develop agents, prompts, and workflows that empower data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to convert domain knowledge into reusable AI contexts and agents.

You will refine Python and SQL resources for AI consumption, leverage Snowflake structures, and evaluate agent outputs for bias and relevance within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with AI coding environments (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, Cody).
• Strong prompt and context engineering skills.
• Experience building AI workflows, MCP servers, and agents.
• Understanding of LLM behavior, evaluation methods.
• Strong software engineering discipline: clean code, Git, CI/CD.
• Testing and quality engineering mindset.
• Practical Python and SQL skills to work with data scientists’ assets.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, semantic layers, and BI platforms.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI agents, prompts, skills, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Product Owner to capture knowledge for AI context.
• Refactor and extend Python and SQL resources for AI consumption.
• Work with Snowflake data structures, semantic views, and models to support workflows.
• Assess agent recommendations for correctness, reliability, bias, and business relevance; automate evaluation.
