Seamless Assist is seeking an AI Automation & Workflow Engineer to design and build AI-powered automation systems and agents. You will connect CRMs, databases, and tools via APIs, deploy agents, and ensure reliable production performance.

Strong AI fluency and real-world LLM API work are essential. You will work across automation platforms, memory systems, and memory layers to tailor AI into client workflows, with emphasis on reliability, documentation, and client handover.

Formación

• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical degree — required
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI systems
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys)
• Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or similar) in real projects — not just prompting tools
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform: n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Strong written English — technical documentation reviewed at screening
• Advanced AI fluency — AI is embedded in how they design, build, and ship systems

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n and connect platforms via REST APIs and webhooks
• Develop AI agents using OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar LLM APIs, with memory, decision trees, and tool use
• Integrate AI into real business workflows such as lead qualification, content generation, support, and reporting
• Ensure systems run in production with monitoring, error handling, and ongoing maintenance
• Write clear SOPs and training materials, and hand over to client teams with documentation
