Intetics Inc. seeks a Senior AI-Native Engineer to join a global technology team on a full-time basis. You’ll define spec standards, apply agentic development tools, and critically review AI-generated code to ensure production quality.

You will lead end-to-end feature delivery in a B2B SaaS platform, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ship reliable, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalents).
• Proven experience creating and using agentic development systems with spec-first workflows and attestation practices.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex features independently, end-to-end.
• Proficiency in modern backend/full-stack technologies (Golang, PHP, or Node.js/TypeScript), with strong testing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the definition of spec and implementation standards for your feature area and write executable specs.
• Use agentic coding tools as standard equipment across the full SDLC and drive AI-first practices.
• Apply rigorous review of AI-generated code and attestations before merge.
• Shape the team's agentic development norms and responsible AI tool usage.
• Mentor engineers and align cross-functional teams around AI-first norms.
