AgileEngine, a leading software innovator, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications and MCP integrations connecting intelligent systems to business tools. You will work with Java and/or Python, turning LLM capabilities into production-ready backend services, balancing performance, reliability, and cost.

Responsibilities include designing AI agents, orchestration workflows, and secure external integrations while maintaining quality and observability in production environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered applications or LLM integration.
• Experience designing AI agents and orchestration workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with external tools and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered applications and backend services.
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise tools.
• Create MCP-based integrations and tool interfaces with external platforms.
• Implement prompt orchestration, context handling, and memory patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI patterns and deployment.
• Improve observability, reliability, and performance of AI workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, releases, and incident resolution.
• Document technical best practices for AI engineering and MCP adoption.
