AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive an agentic‑first software development approach. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, turning experiments into production systems with emphasis on security, reliability, and auditability for enterprise customers.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with AI agents and orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with AWS and RESTful APIs.
• Strong focus on security, observability, and reliability.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic workflows coordinating tools, data, and approvals.
• Build reusable agent orchestration patterns and manage context and memory.
• Develop agentic tooling across planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into production development and operations workflows.
• Establish standards for observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and move experiments to production.
• Move agentic solutions from prototype to production addressing performance and cost.
• Mentor engineers and influence agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect capabilities to outcomes.
