INGEPSY is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to define an agentic-first approach to software development. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, turning experiments into production systems with strong emphasis on security, reliability, and auditability.

You will design, build, and mentor, putting agentic capabilities into production, ensuring scalable, observable, and secure solutions for enterprise customers and partners.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AI agents and orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with AWS and RESTful APIs.
• Strong focus on testing, observability, security, and reliable code.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operational workflows.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy across the organization.
• Move agentic solutions from prototype to production focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
