AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to define and implement an agentic-first software development approach. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, ensuring security, reliability, and auditability for enterprise customers.

You will mentor engineers, build production-ready agentic solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to connect capabilities to meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable agent orchestration patterns across systems.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and support workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, reliability, security and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and move experiments to production.
• Mentor engineers and influence a company-wide agentic strategy.
• Design agentic applications around user needs with reliable workflows and audit trails.
