Job summary

Big League Talent Co. is seeking a driven sales rep to call business owners and hiring leaders across the US from a fully remote location. You’ll structure real conversations, overcome objections, and book meetings while managing activity in our CRM.

You must be near-native English, have 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales, thrive on rejection, and align with US working hours (9 AM–6 PM ET, Mon–Fri). In return, enjoy a steady base salary plus uncapped commissions and direct exposure to leadership.

What you’ll do

• Call business owners and hiring leaders across the US, all day

Who you are

• Near-native English at least. You sound confident and natural with American business owners
• At least 1–2 years of outbound sales or cold calling (B2B is a plus)
• You hear “no” and dial the next number without slowing down
• Competitive. You want to be a peak performer
• Available US hours, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday
