Porch Group is seeking a Consumer Services Group Trainer in Colombia for remote employment. You will work with Trainer IIs, management, and QA to ensure new hires and tenured agents perform at their best and meet weekly and monthly goals through tuitioned training and nesting initiatives.

Your success will hinge on results-driven training, OKRs, and team retention, with planning, onboarding, and coaching rhythms across teams and remote environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work-related experience.
• 2+ years leading trainings in a remote learning setting.
• 2+ years training, coaching, and developing sales or customer service teams.
• 2+ years creating educational presentations with PowerPoint, Canva, Google slides, or another presentation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Trainer II with onboarding planning and facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Manage the nesting phase and assist with questions as agents begin calls.
• Collaborate to provide information and guidance for e-learning content and remote training programs.
• Establish rhythms around development and coaching with Managers and Quality Assurance.
• Provide ongoing skill development sessions for tenured agents; support service levels when new classes aren’t in progress.
• Attend team meetings to review performance and set improvement commitments.
• Conduct remote training via Microsoft Teams for new and tenured team members.
• Communicate class progress on attendance, behavior, and skillsets; monitor training effectiveness.
• Lead widespread recurrent training and new product/partner training when classes are not in session.
• Support training initiatives for multiple teams as needed.
