The ideal candidate has proven experience training large cohorts, fluent English (C1), and strong presentation and facilitation abilities.

Formación

• Experience in designing and delivering sales training.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for campaigns.
• Measure and refine training content based on feedback and results.
• Lead Train the Trainer sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with operations to evaluate training impact on new hires.
• Stay updated on client products, policies, and procedures.
