DOXA is seeking an HR Coordinator in Colombia (Remote) to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and People Team initiatives. The role will manage ATS, payroll liaising, onboarding logistics, and employee engagement activities across Colombian and international teams.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain records, provide training content, and help foster a culture-focused workplace with advanced English (B2+ to C1) and AI-enabled processes.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience with direct exposure to recruiting.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars and time zones; maintaining records or trackers where accuracy matters; and working with multiple computer programs and systems, including an ATS.
• Excellent verbal English, comfortable hosting live calls with candidates and new hires; meticulous attention to detail with employee and candidate data; proactive approach to problem solving; sound judgment and comfort giving feedback, including to people more senior; tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, comfortable working alongside AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS): post and repost jobs, respond to candidate inquiries
• Host live phone screens and recruiting conversations with candidates; schedule and communicate interviews for open requisitions
• Maintain the recruitment tracker: keep funnel data current and flag stalled candidates
• Prepare and file new hire paperwork, complete background checks, and support I-9 compliance
• Coordinate new hire SWAG ordering and first week logistics
• Host onboarding meetings for new hires, serving as one of their first live introductions to the company
• Enter new hires into payroll and other relevant systems
• Review onboarding survey results, hold scheduled check-ins with new hires, and flag items needing follow up
• Coordinate company-wide recognition, connection, and culture activities
• Support the planning and execution of People Team events
• Provide system administration for the learning management system: account setup, passwords, and enrollments
• Welcome new hires to the learning management system during onboarding as a positive, culture-focused introduction to the company
• Produce training content with latest software and AI technology methodologies
