Emapta Colombia seeks a Program Coordinator to organize admissions, onboarding, learning activities, mentorship, and events for the U.S. mortgage lending industry. You will create exceptional participant experiences and manage schedules, records, and communications from a remote Colombia-based setting.

The role offers 5-day work weeks, vacation days, and unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses, with direct exposure to global clients in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, program administration, or administrative support.
• Experience with records, databases, trackers, documentation, and administrative files.
• Experience with admissions, onboarding, training, educational programs, or similar participant-focused processes.
• Experience with meetings, events, orientations, workshops, or other program activities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain ABU records, databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain admissions files, student records, mentor assignments, and program documentation.
• Prepare candidate materials and supporting documentation for review committees.
• Coordinate candidate communications and follow-up activities.
