ELVTR is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive outbound outreach to prospective students and guide them through the enrollment journey in a fully remote setup from Colombia.

You will build a robust pipeline, qualify leads, and collaborate with an international team using CRM tools to track activity and achieve enrollment goals. Strong English communication, time management, and independence are essential.

Formación

• Outbound sales or lead generation experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently.
• Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Qualify leads and identify career goals, challenges, and educational needs.
• Schedule consultations and guide prospects through enrollment journey.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and program offerings.
