Porch Group, a leading home services software and insurance platform, seeks a Remote Retention Specialist to manage cancellations and drive client retention from Colombia. You will respond to inquiries, salvage accounts where possible, and collaborate with claims to resolve issues.

A high school diploma and 2+ years in a call center are required, with strong English communication skills. This role is fully remote through RemoFirst, Porch Group’s EOR partner in Colombia.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 2+ years of call center experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and the internet.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire retention/cancellation process.
• Review cancellations and salvage accounts when possible.
• Monitor retention logs and report delays to supervisor.
• Provide timely, professional responses to clients.
• Use retention scripting to maximize customer retention.
• Coordinate with claims to resolve cancellation issues.
• Track client status and measures taken to retain them.
• Understand Policy and Claims protocols.
