Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor based in Colombia to deliver enterprise training for a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. The role focuses on practical workflows, not feature-by-feature demos, and supports global markets with a structured 30-session program.

The instructor will adapt to beginners and advanced users, demonstrate the proprietary tool in a live virtual setting, and ensure learners understand ROI, lift, and incrementality while leveraging AI-assisted

Formación

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or related field.
• Familiarity with promotional or sales planning terminology preferred.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for live and virtual audiences.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and guide learners through practical workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full-day, 20 half-day).
• Lead hands-on learning with realistic promotional planning scenarios.
• Explain ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in business terms.
• Demonstrate proprietary tooling in live virtual environments and troubleshoot as needed.
• Prepare and rehearse materials, onboarding, and client-specific tool training.
