RAM BPO is seeking a Technical Support I to join our remote team in Medellín, Colombia. This role involves being the friendly first point of contact for clients using our customs clearance platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Formación

• Minimum English level B2+ required.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and firewalls.
• Prior back-office experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for clients using the customs clearance platform.
• Troubleshoot software issues and assist clients with processes.
• Review documentation and solve tariff-related questions.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
