RAM BPO is hiring a Bilingual Accounting Assistant in Medellín with remote work options. The role targets candidates with 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience who want to advance in an international setting.

You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end support, Excel reporting, and cross-language collaboration in English and Spanish. Fluency in English (B2+) and strong organization are required.

Formación

• Technical degree, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience.
• Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite/SAP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process AP and AR transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, records, and supporting docs.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Enter and verify accounting data.
• Support expense reporting and payroll-related processes.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare Excel reports and spreadsheets.
• Communicate in English and Spanish with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure adherence to accounting procedures and policies.
