Whizz is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in Spanish to join our remote Global Sales team. You will manage high-volume calls, share in-depth details about our e-mobility bikes, schedule appointments, and handle deliveries with a customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales, excellent English (C1-C2), and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Work hours follow New York time, with competitive pay and quarterly bonuses.

Formación

• Native/Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Excellent English (C1-C2).
• 1+ year of experience in a sales role.
• High-speed internet connection, PC, and headset.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service.
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries.
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients.
