Whizz is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in Spanish to join our remote Global Sales team. You will manage high-volume calls, share in-depth details about our e-mobility bikes, schedule appointments, and handle deliveries with a customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales, excellent English (C1-C2), and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Work hours follow New York time, with competitive pay and quarterly bonuses.

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Spanish speaker
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role
• High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
