The ideal candidate will excel in Spanish communication, sales, and customer service, with experience in lead management and CRM tools. This is a remote position allowing independent work and proactive follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in sales, client relations, customer service, or lead conversion, preferably in a phone-based role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, primarily in Spanish.
• Engage with non-PI leads to understand inquiries and assess fit.
• Build rapport and guide conversations toward a positive outcome.
• Explain services, address questions, and provide information on next steps.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to nurture leads and handle objections.
• Conduct timely follow-ups via phone, text, and email.
• Identify qualified leads and coordinate next steps with the internal team.
• Maintain lead records and notes in the CRM.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
