Whizz is seeking a Collections Assistant to join our remote team. We are on a mission to revolutionize the transportation industry for delivery drivers. Our goal is to make transportation seamless for delivery drivers so they can focus on delivering top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records
• Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress
• Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment of debts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts and negotiate payment plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred)
• Language: English (fluent), Spanish (fluent)

Salary

Base pay: $800, KPI bonuses after probation period

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday, (2 days off on weekdays) 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
