Seamless Assist is seeking a proactive Bilingual Sales Executive to support our growing international team. You will manage lead qualification, outbound outreach, CRM tracking, and pipeline support in a fast-paced remote environment.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and comfort working independently from a remote setting. EST/PST business hours apply, and experience with AI tools to boost productivity is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum English proficiency level: B2+
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Availability during EST / PST business hours
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional and results-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Support negotiation conversations when needed
• Maintain strong client relationships and professional communication
• Manage and update CRM systems and track lead activity
