Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring a Spanish-speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist to join a remote team. You will review user-reported content, respond to inquiries, and ensure policy compliance while communicating with empathy and accuracy.

Requirements include native-level Spanish (C2) and strong English (B2). You will handle cases across Greek-supported markets with rotating shifts and possible EU relocation support.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish (C2) required.
• Good English communication skills (B2).
• Up to 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or similar.
• Strong cultural awareness of the supported region.
• Ability to follow reasoning and quantitative testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses.
• Stay informed about platform products, community standards, and policy updates.
• Make balanced, well-reasoned decisions based on guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform (account support, policy concerns, abusive content).
• Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of policy abuse.
• Analyze data and identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks in workflows.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal support.
• Escalate sensitive cases to appropriate teams.
• Use market-specific insights to improve user support processes.
• Maintain cultural awareness of the region you support.
