CatalyzeX is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish/English) to join our remote legal team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of case management from intake through case closing serving as a central hub for document management and case organization.

Based in Latin America, you will support attorneys and senior paralegals, ensuring materials are accurate, properly filed, and accessible while helping maintain smooth workflows across the team.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required; based in Brazil or Latin America.
• StrongAmerican English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with legal case management software and document handling.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client intake and create new case files.
• Support attorneys with case closing and filing.
• Manage document indexing, storage, and discovery materials.
• Provide admin support and coordinate case-related communications.
• Maintain organized electronic/physical filing systems.
