You will manage patient records, verify insurance eligibility, and assist with prior authorizations, credentialing, and prescription workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role offers full-time, contractor-based work with the flexibility of remote hours, and requires advanced English/Spanish communication and attention to detail.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in Medical Administration or similar healthcare support role.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate EMR/EHR records and patient demographics.
• Process prior authorizations and manage clinical documentation.
• Coordinate medication-related support and prescription workflows.
• Support provider credentialing and enrollment activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and comply with healthcare regulations.
