You will serve as the primary contact for routine inquiries across multiple channels, handling basic account updates, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in administration or virtual assistance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multichannel customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with basic account updates and routine troubleshooting.
• Identify high-priority requests and escalate to senior team members as needed.
• Track communications and send routine reminders to ensure resolution.
