Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Operations Agent to join its global team. You will source and activate creators, monitor performance, and coordinate projects to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

This fully remote role requires native Spanish and high English proficiency (C1). You will manage tasks autonomously, track KPIs in Google Sheets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1) required.
• Strong project management and data handling abilities.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalate to resolution.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases as needed.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
