Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment and a deep understanding of various engineering roles.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment for senior level or 3+ years for mid-level roles.
• Proven success in hiring across Software Engineering and IT Infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently in high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements.
