Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR within the Staffing industry.
• Direct placement sales experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting, including 80‑100 calls per day.
• Manage and nurture leads through the outreach lifecycle using HubSpot CRM.
• Set 5‑7 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
