Jeeves seeks a senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data. You will partner with engineering leaders to craft pipelines for backend, infrastructure, data, and product roles across our global teams, shaping how we scale technical hiring as the company grows.

Ideal candidates recruit technical talent in fintech or software, read system design job descriptions, and run full-cycle sourcing, screening, and closing.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, incl 3+ years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm recruiting experience in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data.
• Build sourcing strategies using Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and communities.
• Partner with engineering leadership on interview design and panels.
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience.
