The candidate will own sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while developing creative sourcing strategies. With a focus on high-volume placements and a proactive approach, applicants should have a solid agency background and 3+ years of experience. • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience and a strong track record.

• Confidently handle offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background who can independently manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
