Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand needs and roles.
• Drafts recruitment advertisements and posts ads in media.
• Identifies suitable candidates through resumes and interviews.
• Maintains contact with candidates and updates on status.
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; represents the company.
