Caseware is hiring a Senior Software Developer for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will craft prototypes and design proposals aligned with the product and architecture vision, and contribute to the core product, CI/CD pipelines, and the SDLC.

You will work with senior engineers and architects to define roadmaps, break down initiatives, and ensure quality through reviews, testing, and collaboration with Tech Leads, Operations, Product, and UX teams.

Formación

• Experience building highly distributed microservice architecture.
• Strong OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with public cloud (AWS).
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Test-driven development and various testing levels.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create prototypes and design proposals aligned with product vision.
• Break down large initiatives into actionable work items.
• Champion proposals through the Agile SDLC from design to deployment.
• Improve core product, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with senior developers to define the architecture roadmap.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
