Caseware, a leading fintech software company, is hiring a Senior Software Developer III for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will drive architecture, design, and implementation across distributed microservices and front-end frameworks, collaborating with UX, Product, and Security teams.

Expect focus on scalable cloud services, AI-assisted workflows, and high standards for reliability and performance.

Formación

• Experience with Angular/TypeScript web apps.
• Proficient in serverless architecture and cloud services (AWS).
• Strong CI/CD, modern testing frameworks (Cypress/Playwright/Jest).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and microservice design.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries (Storybook).
• Accessibility awareness (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience with internationalization in front-end apps.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver scalable front-end solutions with Angular/TypeScript.
• Lead architecture reviews and design discussions across teams.
• Partner with senior developers to define platform roadmap and SDLC improvements.
• Improve build, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for reliability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering maturity and AI tooling adoption.
• Ensure code quality, accessibility, and performance across the product.
