Job summary

StratifyIQ is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team. In this full-time, independent contractor role, you will drive pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and qualification of U.S.-based prospects in English.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, maintain CRM data, and optimize outreach sequences in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Real estate tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR or outbound sales roles.
• B2B SaaS sales experience required.
• Proven outbound prospecting and cold-calling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• C1/C2 or native English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to generate opportunities.
• Prospect into new markets and identify target customers.
• Re-engage warm leads and previous inquiries.
• Qualify prospects via discovery conversations and buying intent.
• Book qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and records.
• Follow established outreach messaging and qualification standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on follow-ups.
• Monitor outreach activity and optimize conversion rates.
• Suggest improvements to sequences and nurturing processes.
