• Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences.
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate important updates and reservation information.
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements.
• Communicate with service providers when necessary.
• Provide professional and responsive client support.
