INGEPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Services Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing booking details. You will communicate clearly and provide responsive support throughout the reservation process.

This fully remote role emphasizes organized workflows, proactive follow-up, and collaboration with service providers to ensure smooth arrangements and accurate documentation for every client.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with reservation requests and general inquiries
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate important updates and reservation information
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
• Communicate with service providers when necessary
• Provide professional and responsive client support
