Get Linked Up is a growing global virtual staffing company connecting U.S.-based businesses with professionals worldwide. We seek a highly organized Recruiting & Contractor Success Coordinator to help identify top candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage pipelines for virtual contractors and clients.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating onboarding, with ownership of initial candidate screening and readiness for next stages.

Formación

• Experience recruiting for U.S. personal injury law firms preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting & headhunting: source candidates, review resumes, manage pipelines, identify matching candidates, manage stages in GoHire, follow up with candidates.
• Candidate interviews & screening: conduct first-round interviews, assess experience and English proficiency, verify availability and compensation expectations, provide hiring recommendations.
• Contractor & client support: manage virtual contractors, conduct regular check-ins, monitor attendance, coordinate PTO and scheduling, escalate significant issues.
