Power Digital is seeking a contract Recruiter to join a high-volume, fast-moving talent acquisition operation. You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our brand.

You will use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, apply AI-assisted recruiting tools, and maintain accurate data while driving speed and quality. Our culture values diversity, inclusion, and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse with accurate records and timely updates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles to keep searches moving.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize recruiting workflows.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in Talent Acquisition.
