Robots & Pencils is seeking an English-speaking Contract Sourcer & Recruiting Coordinator based in LATAM to support our global recruiting team. This blended talent operations role combines candidate sourcing and recruiting coordination across multiple active searches, partnering closely with recruiters to identify candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure interviews run smoothly across international time zones.

This is an execution-focused, high-volume recruiting support role.

Formación

• 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable in high-volume environments.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work within global business hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing ~50% across global searches and partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates globally across technical and delivery roles and conduct proactive outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing metrics.
• Coordinate calendars with candidates and internal interviewers and send confirmations for a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain interview tracking and documentation; support offer logistics and administrative follow-through.

Robots & Pencils is seeking an English-speaking Contract Sourcer & Recruiting Coordinator based in LATAM to support our global recruiting team. This is a blended talent operations role combining candidate sourcing and recruiting coordination across multiple active searches. You will partner closely with recruiters to identify candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure interviews run smoothly across international time zones.

This is an execution-focused, high-volume recruiting support role. You will proactively source candidates for technical and delivery positions, conduct outreach, and track sourcing activity while also coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and maintaining a consistent and professional candidate experience. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and on schedule.

In this role, you are expected to operate with reliability, urgency, and attention to detail. You will manage competing priorities, maintain accurate tracking documentation, and help reduce recruiting friction by ensuring scheduling, communication, and follow-through are handled consistently and professionally.

This is a blended role:

• ~50% sourcing support across global searches
• ~30–50% interview scheduling and recruiting coordination

The environment is high volume and deadline-driven. We need someone who thrives inpace, structure, and clear execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing (Approx. 50%)

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and timelines

• Send confirmations and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Qualifications
