Robots & Pencils is seeking an English-speaking Contract Sourcer & Recruiting Coordinator based in LATAM to support our global recruiting team. This blended talent operations role combines candidate sourcing and recruiting coordination across multiple active searches.

You will partner with recruiters to identify candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure interviews run smoothly across international time zones, maintaining a professional candidate experience and timely communications.

Formación

• 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience scheduling across global time zones.
• Comfortable in high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work within global business hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing (Approx. 50%): Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and timelines; source candidates globally across technical and delivery roles; conduct proactive outreach and manage candidate pipelines; track sourcing metrics.
• Recruiting Coordination (Approx. 30–50%): Schedule interviews across multiple time zones; coordinate calendars with candidates and internal interviewers; send confirmations and ensure a smooth candidate experience; maintain interview tracking and documentation; support offer logistics.
