Paired is seeking a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the organization, covering content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and additional verticals as the company scales. This foundational role involves building the recruiting process from the ground up, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers while partnering with department heads.

• Proven track record building and running a full-cycle recruiting function independently.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and departments simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing instincts and proactive pipeline building.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Build the recruiting function from scratch: intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Source proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles.
• Screen candidates and run first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving.
• Manage offer conversations through close.
• Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
