Valatam is seeking a bilingual Recruitment Manager to lead our remote recruitment function, owning strategy, team performance, sourcing channels, process optimization, KPIs, candidate quality, ATS accuracy, and executive reporting across high-volume and specialized hiring.

You will coach recruiters, optimize workflows, ensure pipeline hygiene, and partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs for international clients.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1/C2) required.
• 2+ years managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or similar.
• 2-5 years managing full-cycle recruitment strategies.
• Experience with high-conversion sourcing and mass recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for international or US-based clients preferred.
• Proficient in ATS management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Recruitment team, establish performance standards, and ensure accountability for hiring results.
• Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring targets.
• Validate hiring requests and assign searches based on urgency and capacity.
• Oversee high-volume and specialized hiring, conduct second interviews, and approve candidates.
• Develop and optimize sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships, and outreach.
• Monitor KPIs, funnel conversion, recruiter performance, and cost per hire.
• Coach Recruiters and Sourcers, manage performance, and support onboarding.
• Ensure accurate ATS usage, pipeline hygiene, and hiring forecasts.
• Report recruitment performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
