Formación

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI.
• Background with Global Employment Platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage candidates for mostly technical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Serve as a partner to align hiring initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates.
• Provide a high level of candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
