Stay'd is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding and US-new hire compliance across Stay'd member companies. This remote LATAM role emphasizes speed in recruiting and meticulous onboarding.

You will partner with the Talent & People Operations Specialist, lead end-to-end onboarding, manage starts, accounts, and paperwork, and keep the ATS clean for audit-ready records. US business hours alignment is preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, or a related field, with hands-on experience supporting hiring.
• Experience with (or a fast learner on) US new-hire compliance and paperwork — I-9s and onboarding documentation.
• Experience hiring or onboarding for US-based teams is a plus.
• Organized and detail-obsessed — you keep trackers, records, and deadlines airtight.
• A strong collaborator who works well alongside others and shares ownership cleanly.
• AI-native or AI-curious. You use AI tools daily and reach for automation before manual work.

Responsabilidades

• Partner on full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews across multiple roles, brands, and markets.
• Keep pipelines full and candidates warm and moving; divide and conquer the hiring load with the Talent & People Operations Specialist.
• Respond to applicants fast. A great candidate experience starts with speed.
• Help write and keep job descriptions and postings current.
• Keep the ATS clean and current — every candidate, every stage, every note.
• Onboarding (you lead)
• Run onboarding end to end so every new hire is welcomed, informed, and productive from day one.
• Coordinate start dates, accounts, tools, and first-week setup across the relevant member company.
• Be the new hire's go-to contact through their first weeks, and hand off cleanly to their manager.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience and documentation as we scale.
• Compliance & HR Admin (you own)
• Own new-hire compliance across all Stayd member companies — collect, verify, and track I-9 documentation and ensure every form is completed correctly and on time.
• Keep employee records, offer paperwork, and onboarding documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
• Stay on top of required forms and deadlines for each company, and flag gaps before they become problems.
• Support the HR Director on ad-hoc projects and process improvements as priorities shift.
