Job summary

Bionic Talent is sourcing an Intake Specialist for a US-based personal injury law firm. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting structured intake interviews, gathering details, and assessing claim viability.

A friendly, sales-minded approach helps convert inquiries into retained clients, while maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, with 2+ years in US‑firm intake or related roles, and

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in legal intake, customer service, or client-facing roles at a US law firm.
Full fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
Experience in sales, lead conversion, or phone-based retention is a plus.
Ability to build rapport over the phone with distressed callers.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, web leads, and urgent inquiries promptly and warmly.
Conduct structured intake interviews for Personal Injury matters, gathering case details.
Explain services and address hesitations to encourage client retention.
Enter and manage client data in legal case management software (Filevine, Clio).
Schedule follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Route calls, respond to emails, and support the legal team.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation across channels.
